The story of Txoko Les 2 Jumeaux is above all that of the Zamora family<\/strong>, cattle breeders in the Basque Country. In 1956<\/strong>, taking advantage of the tourism boom that followed the creation of paid vacations, <\/span>the great-uncles decide toset up a camping area on their farm in Hendaye<\/strong>. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach and offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is in this corner of paradise that the adventure begins, authentic and picturesque, under the name of “Camping des 2 jumeaux” <\/strong>.At<\/span> that time, only camping sites were offered.<\/p>\n

The next generation continues this project and the development of the space. Sanitary facilities, mobile homes, Basque cottages, wooden cottages and a house for the family are all available.<\/p>\n

In 2022, it is the turn of Bixente<\/b>, the son, to take over the business with his wife Naeva<\/b>. Naeva’s brother, Emeric<\/b>, is also helping them in this project. New start, new name: the Camping des 2 jumeaux becomes Txoko Les 2 jumeaux<\/b>. Our passionate Hendayan couple already has a lot of ideas to make the site evolve while respecting the conviviality that the customers appreciate so much here. <\/span><\/div>\n
